If you require Early Morning Tea (Commencing 8am) or Packed Luncheon, please notify the staff the previous evening.
The BAR closes at 11.00 pm. Alcoholic and soft drinks are available to Residents throughout the day until this time.
INSURANCE: We would like to draw your attention to the fact that a confirmed booking, verbal or written, constitutes a binding contract. For your protection and piece of mind, an insurance scheme is advisable.
DEPOSITS are required for Group Bookings and Bank Holiday Bookings.
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT: Your room will be available from 2pm on the day of arrival and you are kindly asked to vacate the room by 10.30 am on the day of your departure.
LATE ENTRY: The hotel closes about 11.30 pm, when security alarms are activated. Later entry may be arranged with the management in advance.
JANUARY: Aynsome Manor closes the month of January for maintenance and re-decoration.

Children occupying the same room as two adults are charged as follows:
1 - 14 years Accommodation £20.00 per night for bed and breakfast.
Between the ages of 5 - 14 years £40.00 per night half board
Cot £10.00 per night.
Children under the age of 5 are not permitted in the Dining Room at dinner time.
Children's supper served in their bedroom between 5.30 - 6pm at a charge from £9.00
Children ocupying their own room are charged at the full adult tariff.
DOGS: House trained dogs with their own bedding are welcome but must be kept on a lead whilst on the hotel premises. Dogs are not allowed in any of the public rooms, nor left unattended in the bedrooms. A charge of £5.00 per day is made for accommodation only. Any damage would be charged at cost.
CANCELLATION: There will be no cancellation charge if a booking is cancelled before 10:00 local time 2 days before your date of arrival. If the booking is cancelled later, or in the case of a no-show, the first night will be charged.
BOOKINGS: All Telephone Bookings are provisional until confirmed in writing or with full credit card details. Telephone bookings made less than forty-eight hours to arrival must be confirmed by credit card at the time.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Guests with any special requirements are requested to make this known at the time of Booking.
SMOKING: Please note that the hotel is completely no-smoking.
If you wish to dine later than 7.00pm, it is necessary to reserve a table. Please, therefore notify us as soon as possible preferably at the time of booking.
