Menus can be printed in a larger font. We have a Loop Induction system for hard of hearing and can offer an extra bath support rail. All baths have hand held shower heads and a supply of anti slip mats. We can if required hire a wheelchair.

If you require more assistance for evacuation in case of fire, please notify us on arrival and we will ensure you are evacuated safely. e.g. hearing or sight impairment.

Dogs are welcome in the hotel except public rooms.

With the nature of a 400 Hundred year old building and conservation issues, mean that it is impossible to make the first and second floors fully accessible.

We request that anyone wishing to make a booking or enquiry, inform us of any special needs or disabilities that they may have in order for us to meet any personal requirements.

Although we have tried to be as accurate and include as much detail as we can in our Access Statement, we are always willing to give information on any aspect of the hotel if this statement does not answer your particular query.
